| GOOD NEWS: INCREASE IN MOBILE PAYMENT LIMITS!🚀

Dear GUCE users,
Effective November 2, 2026, new limits for mobile payments will take effect, in accordance with the new BCEAO directive.

📲 Pay for your GUCE transactions easily by phone!
💰 Account balance limit: up to 4,000,000 FCFA in your mobile account instead of 2,000,000 FCFA;
📈 Monthly limit: up to 15,000,000 FCFA per month instead of 10,000,000 FCFA;
